Refund policy
Please read and follow care instructions listed on each product page at the time of purchase.
If an item is damaged or misprinted, a claim must be submitted within 2 weeks from the day the item was received. If the item is damaged on our behalf, we take full responsibility and will send you a replacement at our expense. If item is damaged or lost in transit, please submit a claim within the 2 week window of your expected delivery date.
We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges can be shipped to our shop address, which can be provided via email.
We do not cover shipping for exchanges.
Since we operate on a made-to-order basis, all sales are final and no refund will be issued.
