Shipping policy

Because we operate on a made-to-order basis, we require 5-7 business days to fulfill your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive and email with tracking number included. Holidays can take longer to ship and we ask that you allow us 10-14 business days during those times. If you need a rush order, please email us at info@shopcatvonle.com and we will work something out for you!!

We only ship within the United States and Canada at this time. 

Shipping to Canada

All orders are processed in US dollars and are shipped with USPS, which is then transferred over to Canada Post. Delivery times range from 5-10 business days.
